My name is Jon and I've been building and repairing tube amps for about 10 years now. This started out of curiosity as to whether or not I could build a small amp... and after a few years of building and honing my skills, I wanted to be able to help out others. As a musician myself, I know how hard it can be to find a tech who is skilled, honest, and doesn't charge you hundreds of dollars just to give you an amp back that still has issues. My goal is to get things working the way they should at a reasonable cost to you, the musician.
When it comes to repairs, my goal is to fix the issue while keeping the amp as close to original as possible. Maintaining originality is more important for collectors sake, but first and foremost, your amp should work like it is supposed to.
If you want a boutique, handwired amp but don't want to pay a small fortune, then look no further. My goal is to give you a well built, reliable amplifier that will get you from gig to gig, or just keep you happy at home on the weekends.
